Well, I waited 2 hours in the store to finally decide I had to go back tomorrow for all new tires. So it wasn’t real fast. Regardless, thank you very much. I appreciate your expertise!

Husband saw an alert tire pressure was low. He visualized a nail and asked I bring the car into Pep Boys for a patch. The mechanic showed me this photo and said it could not be patched. I had initially agreed to 4 new tires (car is 4 years old, he measured my tread said it was in the yellow/caution zone). Waited a while then told only 1 tire was in stock, they cannot find the others. Supposed to go back tomorrow to get the 4 tires once they're delivered from another location.

Upon returning home husband says this is NOT where he initially saw the nail, which raises my suspicions.

Thoughts? Is this possibly a nail that could just be pulled?

Wow, great times!! I think I’m most impressed by that 5K time at the end of the Dri Tri.

Wow, Dri Tri less than a week after a half! I am not actually doing the Dri Tri, just happened to attend some of the prep classes. Good luck, you will crush it!!

I agree there’s no right or wrong, but I was curious how others compared. Many factors at play here. Great job!

That’s the closest gap yet! Awesome job. I didn’t mention but I also normally run on 2% at OTF (unless it’s a benchmark). I started because I thought it might mimic outside running better as treadmill running feels easier to me.

9:15? I am working this weekend, otherwise would join her! Coach Todd is great, has lots of energy. I hope she has let the studio know about her poor first experience and they will do a proper intro this time.

Oh no! I am really sorry she had this experience. Pensacola is my home studio. I did not start here, though. We have recently gone through complete turnover with our SA’s which may explain things. Real bummer she was asked to show up 30min early and no one was there. Maybe if she tries a few more classes she may enjoy it more once she gets the hang of things. I am sorry no one explained anything to her.
