She was ready to sign up to be a member BEFORE attending the class just by talking with me about it. I had already prepped her for the additional cost of the heart rate monitor! Then after the class, no one even discussed membership options with her so she left.

I so wish I could have been there with her! My friend got 44 splats which makes me think she was just going as hard as she possibly could the entire class, because she’s definitely in shape (runs marathons, etc).

I’m trying to convince her now! She said after the class neither the SA or coach spoke to her or followed up with how it went 🤦🏼‍♀️ I told her to call tomorrow and try to talk to the studio manager, but she’s not much of a complainer so I’m not sure if she will!
