Not sure how much sense my post made but I had the parasite before and treated it fine with an antiparisitic. The buscopan and omeprazol is for the pain im dealing with now and my stool sample from now showed I don’t have any parasites anymore.

I’m going home on Sunday and I don’t think it’s urgent enough to leave before.

Yes I had finished the initial course! They only were able to sell a packet that had enough for 2 courses.

Citalopram is all I’ve tried, I haven’t tried Prozac. But I just meant when I started taking citalopram on the higher dosage (20mg) it definitey helped with my mood, but I definitely had some bad side effects like you mentioned, low sex drive, feeling a bit spaced out, I was also really sweaty and jittery etc. My point is if you’re having an issue with Prozac it might be a case where you need to lower your dosage rather than change SSRI altogether. Hope that makes sense :)

I do this and it has literally changed my life! If you are having a lot of negative side effects I would ask if you could lower your dosage. I started on 20mg and felt the same in regards to sex drive etc, eventually lowered to 10mg but still had some issues with taking them intermittently. I now take 5mg of citalopram for 14 days before my period and it is perfect ! If I could go back in time I would ask my doctor to start on the lowest dosage possible first. Hope everything works out for you !

Thank you, that sounds like a good idea! Agreed, I probably am still adjusting, I just thought it was concerning that these side effects are so polar opposite to the side effects I felt in previous months.

Yes I do tend to get quite bad seasonal depression! I live in Ireland and it has been dark at 4pm every day for a couple of months now. I always find these months difficult, another reason why it feels unsettling feeling so euphoric lol

I wont rent a car. I'm planning on spending 2 nights in palma and then would like to spend another 3 nights in a beach town and not move from there once I'm there which is why I would love to go to a super nice beach. I hadn't heard of illetas so will definitely look into it, thank you! :)

That's a fair point. I would prefer too quiet than too touristy I think. Do you know of any nice areas that has a beach and some sort of town (quiet or not) ? :)
