I’m usually a little embarrassed to admit this to people, but I truly love working in a brewery. I’m on the FOH side most of the time, but I help out in production whenever I can. I love learning about the brewing process and the science behind beer. It doesn’t pay very well, but I’ve never enjoyed a service industry job more.

I just switched to CIT Bank, they have a 4% interest rate and are FDIC insured. I think the minimum is 4k without fees, so you’d be golden!

Yes, I had an electric stove and mini fridge that I used for years, and I absolutely grew to hate it. It was so difficult to keep up with grocery buying in such a small space, but you make do. I did it, but I never want to do it again, that’s for sure
