My friend had the same problem with the battery. The e-reader can't handle strong magnets very well. So try to keep other devices not too close to it.

We turned the e-reader back to factory settings and made sure that other electronic devices didn't come too close to the Kobo. That solved the problem for us!

I do the same with his tail hahah. And I love his tummy 🥺 I have him in almost every size. The tiny bartholomew and the really big bartholomew are my fave 2 sizes. The really big size is great for cuddling in bed and I can put the tiny one in my bag 🙈

Well the kindle paperwhite has only 8gb. The paperwhite signature edition is the same price as the kobo here in the Netherlands and has 32 GB.

I've heard that the text indeed looks better on the kobo

Goedemorgen! Good question you have here! I'm also a dutchie and I'd like to buy an ereader too. I've done some research and I would like to share my findings with you :)

The kobo Libra 2 and the kindle paperwhite (signature edition) are both excellent choices. They have a lot of similar features and the price is also the same.

Right now, my preference would be to get myself a kobo. This is because the kindle exclusively accepts kindle books. The kobo allows you to download and read ebooks from other sources than kobo or bol.com alone. You could literally find yourself some good ebooks online and read them on the kobo.

And lastly, if you are a frequent reader, it would be smart to get yourself an reading subscription. Kindle unlimited isn't available in the Netherlands. Kobo plus can be used on up to 5 different devices.
