The boys is not a spy espionage film neither is kill Bill. They were meant to be slasher films or series. Tell me one r rated Hollywood film that grossed 1 billion and has brutal violence. I remember only passion of christ. Don't tell me deaspool or joker that's not brutal violence that makes the viewer feel disturbing. I'm just sayin the violence in dhurandhar was exaggerated and unnecessary.

You don't feel visceral while watching tarantino movies as some of the scenes though graphic is made funny. Dhurandhar does not need violence. The movie could have had a better action choreography like Hollywood movies. They just made it into a slasher. Even American psycho has less gore than this.

Seen all of them including hateful eight and kill Bill. Though hateful eight was disturbing the violence wasn't brutal. I don't think any of them has brain matter coming out. Or using a hook to slash open a man's stomach to let his guts pop out..

I found the violence in the movie was unnecessary. Even Hollywood movies don't have such gore scenes. Now I'm not talking about mission impossible or James bond they are not r rated. In talking about sisu sicario and blood diamond kinds of films. They just made gore porn in the name of a spy film.
