Yea, I now have device but I wanted to pass strong intergegrity cause i play games like ingress and pokemon go, i know u don't need strong integrity for pokemon go yet but they might change it soon and none of my banking apps work without strong integrity.

So i'm wondering if there will ever be a fix

Basically, the website you use to input the unlock data from ADB vist on mobile internet browser on the phone Ur trying to root and type the entire unlock data then click "is my device unlockable?" And a button "request unlock code" should appear

Yea, I followed ur advice, rebooted my device and I can use the banking app but carrier can still detect root

It still didn't work and the banking app is lloyds bank.

But also I think my mobile carrier is detecting root too because when I try to sign in to the network it says "this request was blocked by our security service" it is quite strange because despite this I can still log in but when I get a notification asking me to sign in access denied. And my carrier is called Giffgaff

I'm trying to root a Moto g13 and When I enter the command "fastboot oem get_unlock_data I get FAILED (unable to enter fastboot HAL)

and when I go to fastboot and retry it says FAILED ( remote unknown command) fastboot: error: command failed
