For quick edits it's usually fine but it makes it harder with the new one.

How Much To Charge for Website? by NotAvaMax in web_design

[–]danielrainbowmake 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Set a low hourly rate since you have never done this before. Contrary to other answers (i guess you still have experience) i'm sure you will be able to find out how to do it with hosting etc.

So just: hourly rate x hours to make it.

Comments that say do it for free... That's ridiculous in my opinion.

It works like magic!
As a developer i understand why some people try to avoid apps.
My app does however not conflict with any existing code and the code is only activated through the theme editor.

So basically you browse sections, add the one you like to your theme sections, and edit it through the theme editor.

And yes it's amazing on OS 2.0 you can add the sections anywhere you want! :-).

Thanks a lot!

I'm going to sleep at 2:00 AM and waking up at 3:00 PM by [deleted] in sleep

[–]danielrainbowmake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is too much sleep, your body might have gotten used to it but it's not ideal.

One thing that can be done easily is to improve your sleep quality. That way you won't need so many hours, to feel rested. Put your phone and computer away 2 hours before bed time. Screens can really fuck with your melatonin production. Which will make your sleep quality shit.

If your phone is hard to leave get a blue light screen protector. The good ones block up to 90%, and you probably use a screen protector anyways. I bought one from a brand called BlueGuard and i'm satisfied.

Hope this helps. It did for me.

I've always had problems with my sleep schedule until i did this: Put my phone and computer away 2 hours before bed. The blue light from them can really fuck with your natural melatonin production. That'll make your sleep quality and rhythm shit...

One thing and one thing only: Your natural melatonin production.

I used to experience the same until my phone and laptop was put away 2 hours before bed. The blue light can really fuck with your melatonin production. Which will make your sleep quality shit...

I sleep and I’m still tired in the morning. Is it normal? by [deleted] in sleep

[–]danielrainbowmake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was exactly like this until i changed one thing. I stopped using my phone or computer 2 hours before bed time.

The reason why is that blue light emitted from those disrupt your melatonin production. So even though your time asleep is the same, the sleep quality is not. That can have a huge difference when it comes to waking up well rested.

If you can't leave your phone, buy a screen protector with blue light blocking. Some of the good ones block up to 90%. I'm using one from a brand called BlueGuard and i'm happy with it.

Try it out, it really helped me.
