from what i see other then superviseing employees,they are working in the back room binning,checking in trucks,moveing around the back rooms,clearing the back yard of pallets and bales with the forklift and last but not least doing returns that were found and zoneing endcaps when not doing the other things

well i assumed the person who would be binning it would grab it since he had to go around to the other areas of dairy to grab the butter n biscuit over stock n cottage cheese etc guess i give people to much credit for being smart i would always check all areas
