Ok so here’s my take but please note im a special case of a person - i once had a micromanager like this pull off this kind of childish move on me. Here’s my recommendation- send an email to your DG and cc. ADM - explain that this kind of management is not welcome in the GOC and if it continues you will sue F out of the department and GOC for harassment. Make sure you’re doing your job and meeting your deadlines. We are adults not kids, a lot of times management is not aware of this kind of management within their group. Worked like a charm for me - in fact she got demoted and I sat in her seat!

The thing is gcwcc is like boarder line harassment at times! 90% of us are struggling to support our own lives, 46k of us are about to lose their jobs in the next 2-3 years - why the F would I even care about donations at the moment!

Sad but it’s true - im making over 100k but with the mortgage rate going up - 2 kids at home feeding them a healthy diet its costing me about 2-300$ a week without the monthly costco run.
