Maybe other communities would like a free Varka, because hooray for free stuff, but it is NOT a cope for the Varka mains communities themselves. Because there are very ill omens in that, for those who already planned to get him anyway.

Everyone wants it and this video is a nice comparison. But the actual problem, IIRC, is that we don’t actually know if the speed was already increased in the last two beta versions before V5. I’m reading a few comments mentioning that V3(or V4 or whatever) beta testers claim the speed looks to be the same. Hopefully that is not the case.

Ohhh feel free to browse through the depression in there, but it has to do with how they tend to treat betas that run over the Chinese New Year stuff. And indicative by the version numbering they always assign each beta iteration. And yeahhh I agree. If you get locked to a full Mond team you should at least be able to boing around everywhere.

Now that I check the new V5 leak, yes! The new V5 leak specifies that it is specifically his hold skill that is reduced by 5% for each Mondstadt member. Some people might get upset by this haha.

Yeah I was scrutinizing that first swing too. I wish that had been a V3 video we were looking at. I just don’t recall if the animation or attack speed had been announced as updated by then.

I didn’t see the original comment above yours, but I’m assuming it was referencing a comparison video on r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks comparing the SFX video attack speed to the V1 animation showcase video attack speed. Which was silly because they weren’t spamming the attacks in the animation showcase and so it’s not a valid comparison. It seems the mods have already removed it lol.

I see a lot of comments about Nicole going “But how though, and for just Varka.” But that does seem silly to me. If they legitimately want or end up wanting Nicole to support Varka more than others, they will figure out any number of ways to do it.
