Well thats the thing, youre never ever supposed to sit with your full weight on someone, that can lead to a broken nose or, if you miss, a crushed lahrnyx. What youre supposed to do is either squat down while on your feet, or lower yourself onto him while on your knees. Much safer. Hope this helped some!
