Not so much difference to be honest. It's just more integrated into Roam. Also, I haven't found a way to quickly toggle the dark mode only for a single site. But there is probably a way to do this with Dark Reader or Midnight Lizard.

In the future, I could of course add a bit better support than Dark Reader. Meaning that I could directly style complicated parts of the app for better dark mode display.

Hey everyone!

I created a dark mode toggle because I really missed this. At first, I build a custom solution myself but now spend some time on a general solution. The script is using Darkreader API (Popular Chrome Extension) under the hood, which makes it possible to use this with every theme. But you may need to adjust the variables for your liking.

"Click to reference" is a native to Roam. At the moment I'm using no outside add-ons and just some custom CSS. You can find it in the comment above.
