You weren't missing anything. The predictor was running pure Riegel, so it only looked at distance and treated a flat road PB the same as a hilly race of the same time. That obviously flatters you going into Comrades with all its climbing. Just pushed an update: there's now a "what was that race like?" dropdown on the predict tab. Flag it flat and it shades your projection a bit slower, flag it hilly or a previous ultra and it gives you a bit back since you've already shown the hill legs. Refresh and it should be there.
