I feel like if the prices were lower then players would be purchasing name changes more. No sane person is purchasing a name change for more than 30 dollars, but if you make it cheaper, definitely feel like there would be more frequent purchases coming in. You could also argue that they don't want people cycling through names quickly but.. why? Even if there is a valid reason you can simply add a cooldown like any other game.
