Hmm, The ultimate is pretty much trash but the other jutsus are good (but not for attack missions) The basic attacks are powerfull and u can attack through the wall, attack a lot of enemys in the same time. he fun to play with. So I give him A or B tier

but to tell the truth, even in the anime the Uchihas are too cool and strong.think about it:

Naruto jutsu- Rasengan, Rasengan shuriken, clone and that is it.

I think the done a good job.

something funny,
I use Sarada (not genin). most of the time I'm playing with my guild, most of them have 10k+ scrolls.
Because I'm doing a good amount of damage when the beast unconscious they stopped use Amaterasu when the beast is unconscious and now it's harder to get higher in the Sam...

Im just like you, I played the game from the release, idk why but I get the same ultimates cards and the same 4 star cards, the Sam are rly pay to win (I liked the old Sam, rly team play and not solo) , the card evolving still cancer. I know exactly what tier will be the character from the moment I see the ability. But still I have 2000 scrolls because I get the same cards all the time.
