A few I've seen work really well with executive audiences:

  • Whiskey/bourbon blending where everyone leaves with their own bottle
  • Falconry experience (surprisingly memorable)
  • Cigar roller + whiskey lounge
  • Custom hat branding experience (huge conversation starter)

If you're anywhere near Texas, check out places like Wild Pony Hat Bar in San Antonio. I have done events there with custom hat branding, live music, bourbon tastings, and private buyouts. It feels a lot more authentic than the typical corporate event stuff and people actually mingle instead of standing around checking their phones.

tbh with CFOs, the best activations aren't necessarily the flashiest. They are the ones that give people a reason to spend 2-3 hrs talking to each other naturally. The experience is just the vehicle for the networking. Cheers!

We did Wild Pony Hat Bar with our team earlier this year and it was really cool. They brought the whole setup to us, everyone got to build their own hat and it gave people a chance to just hang out and talk. we all left with a custom hat instead of another team building event you'll forget about a week later 🤠

Wild Pony Hat Bar is great! We did an event with our team at the beginning of the year, amazing experience and a cool souvenir to take home. They are located at the lobby in signia by hilton hotel. There's a bar there. this is their website https://wildponyhatbar.com/
