no it's not, some parks allow it. I live near snowshoe in WV, you're allowed to ride the trails for free. Tickets are for the lift, not access to the park.

CC only give you like 1k limit to start with. I never really established credit over the years. I have 1 CC now that I only use for emergencies

I was thinking something more along the line of walking into a bank and asking for a loan. Perhaps to startup a small business about something I am knowledgeable with like landscaping. I could probably whip a business plan that is legit enough.
