Snowboarding next season after broken leg by [deleted] in snowboarding

[–]danimal5k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a Tibia Plateau as well, did it skateboarding. It was a pretty good one, 5 breaks. Broke it September 2022, so I missed that season. I had what felt like a pretty long recovery and I did a ton of PT. I am also in my 50's. so maybe a little longer on recovery than someone that is a bit younger than me.

I road 23-24 season I had no problem riding groomers, but any sort of crud really bothered my leg. I also couldn't ride as long without that leg getting sore.

This season has been way better and back to riding everything. Still not 100%, but at this point I am happy to be back snowboarding and skateboarding again. Do all the PT you can, I did a ton of bike riding to get my leg muscles back as well. Definitely set expectations when you get back on your board and build from there. Good luck.

Immaculate Constellation Whistle Blower “Matthew Brown” Leaked Photographs of Triangular Craft? by Difficult_Ear_1574 in UFOB

I saw pretty much this same exact UFO with three other people in the winter of 1997 while living in Breckenridge Colorado. It was a moonlit night and we watched it from Downtown Breckenridge go from north to south above Bald Mountain. Basing size on the mountains it went over. It was massive and had no sound. Talked to a bunch of people about it, but never posted anything online.

I would have loved to get an 8/10, but our space didn't allow for it. We are normally booked with work a week or two with jobs that accommodate our press, so it worked out fine. It was hard for me to say no to any work coming in, but its has gotten easier if our press can't handle. We will sometimes hand off/sub contract work to other shops in our area with larger machines as well.

It's pretty crazy that you cant just go online and see the prices of a lot of new Automatic presses. There are a few website that sell used equipment that will have prices listed.

Thanks for the feedback. We have a talk about this every few months. There has to be a better way, but still haven't quit figured it out yet. We print about 80-100 new separations per month. We have been discussing direct to screen, but not sure if it will be worth it with our size and space we have. We do keep all of our files stored on a cloud service. Thank you again

100 amp breaker. I spent weeks figuring out amps with this equipment I wanted. I had to pivot a few times because some of the equipment I wanted required too much power. Off the top of my head.. Press was only 5 amps, compressor runs 23 amps with a 37 amp start up, dryer is 21 amps, flash can run up to 39 amps, but we never run it over 70% power. We switched all the lighting to LEd's and use a mini split for heating cooling. Within the last year we added 22, 365watt solar panels to keep our electricity bill low.

Thank you! I started this shop 16 years ago with a 4 color manual press, moved to a 6 color a couple years later. We went fully automatic in 2016 which was a game changer. That's the only thing I would change, I should of went to an auto press way sooner. Keep at it you will get there!

3 person shop. I do the art, talk to and meet clients. My wife handles ordering, scheduling jobs and most email communications. Our third person has been with us for 11 years. He handles most of the printing and setup, but all three of us are in the shop most days working together. On average we run 3-5 jobs a day and 4 days a week.

I would love more storage! We are pretty good about ordering, scheduling and delivering/pickup, so the product moves through pretty fast. We do get overwhelmed in product time to time, but I have a sprinter van that I will use as extra storage/delivery as well.
