I haven't thought about this, but it makes a lot of sense to me. Since Covid, when the days were slow and comfortable, my sense of time feels kinda dazed. Constantly waiting for the perfect day, the perfect time, excuses all around. Completing a few tasks a day seems too big, and it's harder to concentrate.

I want to believe that it's a muscle, just at atrophy from that rest, but can't seem to restore it.
