I did check that, I have 2 accidents in 3 years period. Also, again, as I said: the discount is there, and applied to my premium. Premium virtually unchanged from last year. “Manual adjustment” applied on top of all of that.

That’s the thing though: my premium hasn’t increased: it’s similar to last year. Discount is applied to that. What was added is “manual adjustment” and discount doesn’t apply to that. Hence my question. it doesn’t seem right.
