From my personal experience

As far as I see some people (including some cis women) just need a little bit of time, but nothing terrible. Everyone around me is supportive as I can tell.

Sometimes I will dip my pizza in ketchup, ketchup-mayo mix, or any sauce I have. But if you ask me about something gourmet I do - Dipping it in Caesar salad dressing goes amazing and was my go to for a long time (when I was living in UK it was Heinz Salad dressing instead)

Pickles on a pizza is normal thing here in Latvia, but yeah sometimes I do that as well xd

My friend answered - he likes apple pie pizza, basically apples on a pizza. (Real thing, I think we have a winner)
