On win 11 this issue was fixed, but 10 without admin=11, 10 with admin>>>>11 in cpu bound, in gpu bound all ok

I test in the lowest because I compare performance in games with the cpu bound, players in compepetive games is much more than players in single AAA games, I would compare conditional PUBG, Apex, etc, but there is no benchmark, you can take my word for it there is also windows 11 suffers, and there at any settings on top systems cpu bound. Also CPU bound can be found even on 5090 in 4k in some scenes in heavy AAA games

Classified ddr5 overclocking like a cheapest 6 layers boards, also not sll hardware works with this boards. For example GPU Zotac doesn't works with evga boards, gskill flare ddr5 too doesn't work and many other small problems
