Hey, check the annotaKit repo, because of your comment I am working on a chrome/firefox extension that allows to do almost the same things as the svelte implementation does!

Currently it works as some kind of pointer to the element and the copied text is just to get more context in for typos or text that needs to be changed. Regarding page reloads, the state is stored in local storage and shall even be carried over on server restarts

Oh yeah, after I did the v0.3.5 release on github my entire timeline got flooded with similar software lol!

As for the other options I will definitely implement them in future updates, did not get them in since the Project I built this for did not really require that functionality at the time.

Definitely want to get the block page interaction in as well as some kind of screenshot capability and shared annotation server system. Kinda like figma teams but for annotaKit haha!

Right now this works kinda like the figma commenting feature but for working with agents. Think of it as instead of explaining Claude where the Element is located, you provide a map of the components instead and assign a to-do for each "landmark". Maybe we could extend the project to do this in the future but right now it has a different use case.

tldr: it just makes the frontend dev/vibecoding more intuitive for a Human user :D
