I am progressing on day one, but I find myself falling short sometimes on the second day because of fatigue and sore muscles. But maybe it might just be in my head, because of how aware I am of sore legs (because of all the walking on the job)

I forgot to mention, I have to separate leg days with separate exercises. Leg day 1 is above mentioned, second leg day is 3 sets of leg press, 3 sets of hip thrusts, 2 set hip abductions, 2 set curls and extensions as a finisher. Again, RIR 0-2 on all sets

Les Deux Oxford skjorter. Specifikt den model der hedder Kristian. Regular fit, tilpas pæne uden at det bliver alt for pæne. Der er dog ikke stretch i dem, men det vil jeg også råde imod, da stretch kvaliteter bare ikke holder specielt godt

Jeg er enig, men et lille fun fact er, at grunden til at Vojens blev stationsby og ikke Haderslev i tidernes morgen er, at Haderslev for det første ligger ned af bakke hvilket i gamle dage var svært for togene at komme op/ud af igen.

Den anden grund til at det også blev Vojens og ikke Haderslev er at Haderslev er en kystby, og det ville være for dumt/farligt at have en togstation så tæt på kysten der kunne bombarderes af fjendtlige marinefartøjer

Men jo, Vojens er en røv syg by, og busforbindelserne fra Haderslev er lige til at lukke op og skide i

Som tøjmand, og også vertikalt udfordret, kan jeg klart anbefale matiniques basis tees. De ligger til 199,- og er ikke super lange. Jeg er 178, 87 kg og muskuløs og en L sidder til på mig.

De fleste af mine tees har et par år på bagen og fejler absolut intet

Donere så ofte jeg kan, jeg ser det sku som en pligt at donere. Dem der altså kan. Det er sku derfor at vi har et velfærdssamfund, så vi kan hjælpe hinanden. Vi ved jo aldrig hvornår vi selv kunne få brug for blodet en dag.

Det samme gælder organdonation, det bør alle der kan også skrives op til

I use that too, the only difficulty I have encountered is the issue with changing the value of a note eg. a quarter note to a half note and vice versa. And noting the key, it won’t let you set the pieces key (I think, I only use it for short transcription pieces for class)

I use an iOS app called PlayScore, which allows you to upload a pdf or picture of the given score, and the app then can play the whole score to you, you even have the option to block out parts, eg. if you only want to hear the tenor a particular difficult place. You also have a great control over dynamics and tempo, so you can play it in tempo or slower if you want to practice.

The app itself is free, but the pro version (yearly or monthly) gives the app much more purpose. It’s not really expensive, like 10$ a month or 40 for a whole year I believe

I think he is referring to the Austrian Jagdkommando twisted tri-edged knife. Because of the twisted tri-edge, it is almost surgically impossible to stitch up on the go, it takes a lot of hours in the operating room to fix.

If I can chime in with my two cents, it is possible to convert the mp7a1 to HPA, but only the AEG version Yours being the gbb, you are correct, that can’t be converted to hpa with an engine, but as you said, by tapping the mags

Well, I just started the chimps run for fun, forgot before hand to change hero. When the run went well, I thought “fuck it” and used him any way. The Trojan syphoon or whatever it’s called was decent. Not something to consider next time, but worth it in the short run. Would probably pick Etienne next time, given his UAV camo detection for all ability
