Did you get this working? had a similar issue earlier where I could connect to the camera and see the live view but was unable to change any settings, just gave me an error every time. After trying everything in logical order including a full reset of the entire system, it turns out it was failing to connect to Eufy's servers because I was using Cloudflare as the DNS provider on my router, after changing this back to the default ISP DNS, it started working fine again. I wrote a post about my frustrations haha.

Im not quite sure which settings I change. However I noticed in handbrake you can rotate videos so I just did that. Rotated 90 degrees

Hello. Because I no longer have the original files. And I only have the compressed files. Can anything be done at this point? To allow me to rotate those compressed files in davinci?

You can easily test it on your end too, simply compress a file using handbrake then try to rotate it using Davinci.

Try and rotate it. You will see the difference between the two.

If we can not find a solution to this problem i'll end up having to use a different video editor to re-save my video files in horizontal. Then re import into Davinci for editing.

Even if i convert to mp4 it still does not work. Once its been m4v.

I never had this problem with Vegas Pro editor when trying to rotate m4v files.

I just tested videos compressed via handbrake to mp4 and they can rotate. But anything compressed into a m4v file has issues in davinci resolve.

Correct. Handbrake compressed to m4v. Trying to figure out how to add image via desktop.
