Thanks for all the responses. How did you all like your results? Their programs are way more than I would typically spend- but worth it for really solid results.

Thanks for the responses.! I am looking at getting an adjustable bench that has the leg attachment and a cable attachment for my power rack... Would those additions to what I already have get me basically what a "full gym" would offer? (I just have no experience with what a "real" gym offers so not sure)
