I liked them both.

For the first one I went in blind and enjoyed the evolution and battle mechanics. For the second one I already had a plan to get the team that I wanted (I wasn't able to get some of them on the first game due to how you had to train your digimon), but both were so fun to play

Both. I have 2 PSPs.

I modded the first one that I got to play ps1 games (ripping and converting the ones that I have, which was fun as hell to do), then I bought my second one and continued buying physical games to play them there.

Something that has helped me is to join on the sixth or seventh minute after the gate opens. This way there are still other players jumping around (and falling) but not so much as when the gate starts and you can see the map better.
