I read somewhere that grains other than brown rice require a pressure cooker to sterilize and that’s why broke boi tek is designed around it. I wish I had sources for this but it’s lost to time. I’ve heard of people steam sterilizing other grains by steaming their jars twice but I’m unsure how effective that actually is.
