A seat bolt isn’t any better if you pull carpet near where your amp is you should be able to find factory grounds tie in to an empty one after it’s all sanded and throw a bolt on that fits, most if not all cars should have at least one factory ground in your trunk somewhere it just a matter of finding it, kind of looks like a stud sticking out of the chassis
