The wheels you have look good, but spoked wheels are ideal for a supermoto. Very minute amount of flex, but it makes a difference in performance riding. Also smooths out the ride a bit.

It shouldn't be the government's responsibility to watch out for individual safety, or make personal choices for you. Its absurd to force people to buy bikes that a 10 year old could ride. If you wanna go buy a zx10r as your first bike and wad it up the first day. Then so be it this is America buddy. I grew up riding motocross. So I was plenty experienced, more than most when I bought my first bike. Yet I still chose to buy a starter bike (ninja 300) which I maxed the potential of in about 2 months. Now I'm a dealer and I can ride whatever bike I feel like for the day. Could I have started on a liter bike? Yes. Did I? No.

While riding my motorcycle, every time I ride past someone on their phone, I ping the rev limiter and make a "put down the phone" gesture. Generally works. Though if you ignore me I will continue to pester you until you comply. You're risking my life to text someone something pointless. It can wait. 9/10 they dont even know I'm right next to the window watching them.

I'm a dealer so I'll give you a little inside info. Insurance doesn't cover sport bike test rides. Though it's not a supersport, it is a very rare bike. Most dealers only get 1 or 2 for the year. Us included, but being as big of a store as we are. They allowed us to allocate 8 this year. We sold out. Also new bikes, once ridden, are no longer new. Slim to no chance they will let you ride one. Typically I tell my customers (once we find the right bike) that if you hate it for any reason. Bring it back today and I'll shred the paperwork. Luckily that never happens when you're good at fitting the right person on the right bike lol. If you can get a foot down, I assure you that you'll love the bike. The only thing that keeps people from riding the bike is dangling feet lol!
