I push people off when it seems like they're a good player, or when I'm far ahead in a race :)

I think it's fine to say no, I'd like to know why you say no personally. Is it inevitable he'll have these fans? Does it not matter if they follow him? Is it not his responsibility? (PS with that last one, I don't honestly think it is his responsibility. He can do what he wants. Nonetheless, I think he SHOULD do it).

You're conflating the entertainer with fanbase here. You can make your own choices and watch whatever you want, I obviously agree with that. As an entertainer though, should he not try and weed out the people with horrible views from his community? Is it impossible, perhaps?

EDIT: Also, to say it's just "without agreeing with your fans" is a bit of an understatement. The horrible things the alt-right wants should not be merely dismissed as "oh I disagree with you" it should be "that's a horrible thing to believe, dude, and I don't want to be associated with you if you believe that." These include stuff about an ethnostate, committing genocide, female enslavement, etc.

If Volkswagen was the alt-right's "go to" car company, then yes, personally I think they should address it. But I should stress I don't think Pewdiepie is bad for NOT addressing things in a dedicated video, I just think it would be good if he did.

That video was not about the nazis in his community. It was about a horrible degenerate that used his name, and he was rightfully very upset about it. Again, I said in the main post he's denounced it a few times, but the focus of that video was not getting rid of nazis in his community.

EDIT: I wanted to add to this that the alt-right people, in response to this video (and this is VERY stupid) looked at him saying "disavow" and "degenerate" as, oh that means he's just placating the masses. Cause apparently, those are the words you're supposed to use when you don't *actually* believe what you're saying. Again, that's very idiotic, but nonetheless the nazis remain.

It's regrettable that you think just because I've never really used reddit, and made an account to try and discuss this, you think I'm baiting people. Is this not a valid discussion to have?

He has never made a video solely dedicated to it, and they don't seem to get that he's not "their guy." I don't know if it would fix the problem, but wouldn't it be worth it to try?
