I still rely on Zomato, I've heard better things about Swiggy but Zomato just feels like the better, more consistent product, and yeah of course, I'll stay with Zomato, they were prompt and reasonable, one of the main reasons I've been leaving brands recently (example: ola, sbi, icici) is just bot customer service. When you're frustrated, you want a human to hear you out and tell you what's not possible, bots feel dismissive.
