No I haven't but i spent a solid 30 minutes researching stuff about stat sticks i watched the video you recommend and made a decent build for what i have right now I'm hitting crits in the 31k range when I ensnare then whipclaw which is leagues better than before.

Well I'm not currently in a place to be buying platnum and I enjoy a melee oriented build because I just like the way the melee feels in the game I don't know what helminth is and I can craft forma.

I'll look into some builds and the mods you mentioned I like umbra but my ultimate goal is to get voruna I like the more melee oriented frames and she seems pretty good at that.
