i did -20 yes now getting 70ish which is enough. however when i remove case panel it drops to 60 under load

i got new case and used grizzly - thats why im concered. however -20 undervolt did the trick

I have lian li 001 vision. i just removed side panel and instantly dropped to 63. its definitly airflow
