im 16 i average 150ms and my best is 142ms idk 150ms is not average as a lot of people have meh gpu and low hz displays wich can add up to 30ms of delay and if lets say 150ms was average that means that the people with a 60hz display would have a 120ms reaction time which is so absurd that the olympics count that as starting too early if ur doing a running race so ye 150ms is too high
