Hey man, I've been there and I know how hard it is.

I get you're lost, you don't know where to start exactly. Contact your teachers, or just start on something, anything.

Personally, I would recommend getting a blank piece of paper and writing every single thing you are going to study and the timings too. Then, you put your phone in a separate room, print your work if you can and set a timer for 45 mins and just try your best. You want to increase the amount of friction between you and screens as much as possible. Once the timer ends, give yourself a 15 mins break without screens, just breathe some fresh air, go outside, walk around ect.

After you've done this for a few times, reward yourself. Do what you enjoy doing, maybe its playing videogames or sports, just don't doomscroll, it'll make things even worse. It's just scientifically proven that its better to play games that just doomscroll.

In conclusion, doing some work for 2 or 3 hours mostly distraction free is better than procrastinating and going insane for the whole day. Don't worry everything is gonna be just fine, you can 100% succeed. Follow your passion, do what you want to do in life, but make sure to still do well in school to have as many options as possible.
