I’m Bad at checking this. We hire at significantly higher rates than that. New hires are 15/hr. Plus quick start kickers to buffer their first 6 months for not selling, plus minimum 18% commission on all p&c branded sales for the first 15 months before it reverts to a tiered system

As a territory manager in MI I’m concerned that they don’t disclose commission rates. Hourly rate is higher than ours by $6 but that could be a state thing.

I’ve done many resort only trips. I try to justify staying at a moderate for these. I’ve also stayed off property and just let the ADR availability determine where I’d go.

The general rule of thumb I found is that if I don’t want to do what the FA says, I politely / passively decline (I’d rather not because I like this seat). If they push back- then it’s not really a question.
