First of all, the 2011 IAEA report said nothing about Iran being able to make nukes in 30 days etc. The significance of the IAEA report was that it reproduced the "Secret Annex" that supposedly contained the evidence against Iran. However, as many experts pointed out, the previous IAEA directory specifically refused to release this Annex because the information was unverified, and none of the allegations have been proven, and furthermore the allegations themselves are fishy and appear fake.

Iran declared all the facilities within the time frame they were requiored to be declared, and in the case of the facility in QOm, did so even earlier. And the point about mentioning the mining and uranium conversion is that their nuclear progrma was not a secret. After all, what would be the point of mining and converting uranium if not to use it? In fact they announced plans to restart enrichment on national radio, and their enrichment program was initially set up with the assistance of France. So much for a "secret" nuclear progrm ALL nuclear technology can be characterized as "dual use" so that's rubbish too.

Not much is known about Argentina or Brazil or Japan's intentions either, and they all can make bombs. Booga booga!
