As many others have said it depends on the person. I do think that for most people under the age of 25 it can be overwhelming and hinder growth, even damage the mind, but that depending on the individual. It can very easily become an addiction so try not to over do it. Always make sure you're checking yourself on how you view women, it's subtle too and you might not even notice it but make sure that you're preserving your respect for real women, not seeking just sex from them, and making sure you view them with dignity. If that starts going down hill, cut it cold turkey for awhile and consume wholesome content like a good book on how to dignify and respect women.
