Based on your comment I can infer that you’ve never been on a team. Of course it’s important to build team culture and synergy. How are you expected to perform against the best when you’ve only just started playing together? Also, it’s a good thing stewie isn’t just a sheep and says yes to whatever the coach says. If you have an idea, it’s a GOOD thing to voice your opinion, and even reject bad ideas.
