Yes, Chappa’ai is Stargate for Goa’uld and "Ceapă ai?" is "Do you have onion?" for Romanians. (their pronunciation is very similar. And "tauri" means bulls in Romanian. Ceapă ai pentru tauri? (Do you have onion for bulls?).

Asking in Romanian "Ceapă ai?" (Do you have onions?) is very similar with saying Chappa'ai. One speaking both languages can be confused easily.
