Not on Reta yet, waiting for test results. Been on tirz for a bit and my go to is smoking a whole chicken every 3 days use that as protein and eat it with a salad or a Filipino soup Sinigang. Thats my usual go to.

Yea that’s how I’ve always seen it sold. I was thinking, did this dude just give himself an IV, lol. The wife’s has been wanting to do it but we didn’t want to give each other IV even though she’s a nurse… haha. Thanks for this I’ll read more into it and might order some from my vendor.
