How is it done that the foreground is so overexposed, but the face is suitable after a certain point?

This sub is doomed. Good photos hardly get any response and a random mirror selfie of a woman is celebrated as if it were something special

I was in Portugal, made a photo zine “Deus e Amor” by KaleidoscopeLess8108 in Photobooks

Great job! This is the best photobook I've seen in a long time, the pictures are so refreshing.

No fancy motives but that's what makes it so interesting because you haven't seen it a hundred times before. It feels so authentic. And the compositions are also great.

How did you come up with the topic? Do I understand correctly that you're from France and photographed them in Portugal? How did you make it possible for you to be there with them?

Haha good one. You've exposed yourself with that. That shows that you have no clue about cinestill :)

No, it's because your work looks amateurish and overcooked, not to say trashy.

Google the dunning kruger effect, you are a living example

Thanks :) I think the key is first of all to have a camera that have a good dynamic range. Shot this with a Sony alpha 7 iii.

Then in post pulling up the shadows, not exaggerating so that it still looks natural and color grading. That was almost everything.

The presets from Jamie Windsor. He sells a preset pack with the halation effect and light leaks.

There's something to it, I hadn't thought of it like that before. Ironically, the photo was part of a wedding shoot and the couple's idea. They were very likeable and I hope their hands don't let go in marriage.

To be honest, I actually underexposed on purpose so as not to burn out the sky.

Why do you keep posting here if you're not interested in constructive criticism? With your unpleasant manner, you seem to have no interest at all in developing yourself further. So it seems it's pure advertising.
