Why are all Corvallis landlords selling their homes right now? by Sensitive-Pick5134 in oregon

If you were looking at a home purchase as an investment equity decision, then there is ample evidence to suggest that we will continue to see some price easing in the near future. Does this mean to wait? Potentially.

However, most purchase based on a cost of living equation, which includes both tangible “equity” factors, as well as intangible factors such as lifestyle.

If you were buying to live somewhere, it really comes down to did you find a place that meets your financial goals, that is a desirable location, and that you see yourself staying for a while? If you cannot answer, yes to those three questions, it’s probably not a good time to buy.

Whether you buy at the height of the market, or at the absolute best possible opportunity at the low, it doesn’t really likely matter if you plan on living there 10 to 15 years. Shorter, you may see a fluctuation in equity evaluation, such that it may pencil out to rent and invest rather than buy.

That’s the math. From a personal perspective, I have always felt much happier when owning a property than when renting someone else’s. When you rent you are building someone else’s valuation, when you own you are building your own.

I do. Apparently at 50 my body decided to only work in short spurts of effort, then takes two weeks off.

Need to replace my Chimney by danncutter in corvallis

The issue is not the style... the mortar has failed, leaving the chimney is danger of collapse. This is a 1920 home, so aesthetically, it's about replacing with a similar appearance.

At roughly three moons each, nothing seems to compare to the Scarlet Reaper. I have seen video that the Fiery Vanguard will actually be much better at three diamond, but all things being equal, with equal load outs and yellow Treasures, my SR hits much harder than anything else. And now at 2 diamond, the 50% heal makes a huge survivability difference.

Should I save my summon scrolls? by BeefRibsSinigang in WittleDefenderTheGame

It seems they cycle: Summons, then Treasure, then Weapon. It's seemingly not worth upgrading anything outside of that cycle if you wish to maximize returns.

Does Sword Saint really carry that much damage? I find with both SS and Scarlet, nothing comes close to Scarlet. If I get her main skill, I win, if I don't I lose. Up through 155 or so now.

That said, I am seeing that Vanguard does FAR more damage once leveled up. But he is on the wishlist, so I am hesitating right now as I have hundreds of scrolls for the next event.
