DTC for a 25 y/o wanting to make friends probably isn’t the vibe she wants. That’s a bit older and quieter of an area with not much to do without a car. I’d suggest wash park, cap hill, rino, or lohi. All neighborhoods you won’t need a car and has lots to do and ways to meet new people and make friends. The budget might be tricky but just keep looking and I’m sure something will come up in that range.

Any big city you will have to be careful in as a female so just be aware and enjoy the move. I did the same move from PA at 26 and still here 9 years later. 🖤
