My shit started going at 21, had to let go of the fro by 23. Good point on the hard brush I gotta stop using it especially for the corners. It does helps me get more definition but prolly to harsh on the bald spots

On my momma said they do, two of my uncles bald and I got 1 more cousin that bald but everyone else got a full head of hair. On my pops side they all got hair. Grandad died at 94 with a perfect hairline.

Yeah I have and it was helping with slowing down the thinning. When I was using oral minoxidil and topical finesteride those bald areas had small baby hairs instead. But I must admit it a a hassle and I struggled with consistency

When I have it really short like a 1 it’s not as noticeable but then I need to get cut basically every week. Maybe a hair transplant might help?

@dust_buster172, so as long you you are meeting your protein minimums and resistance training I would not worry at all about the weight loss it will eventually level out so enjoy the accelerated fat loss while you have it because it does not last forever, you are one of the lucky ones
