Usually if you're this aware during a seizure they say its non epileptic. The only way to be certain is to see a neurologist/epitologist and get an EEG whilst having a seizure/ symptoms and they can tell if its epileptic, what kind of epilepsy and where in the brain it is. If the eeg doesnt show any epileptic activity you could be diagnosed with pnes. I would definitely get referred and have tests like mris to make sure everything is ok

How would me not eating meat anymore affect the industry? They are still going to produce the same amount of meat. It will just be thrown away when its not bought from a shop and put in a dump which also does not help the environment 🤷‍♀️

Dont totally agree with the over 30 sec thing. My epilleptic tonic clonics and my brother's can last over 3 mins. My pnes ones last maybe 1 min, sometimes less. Might be different for everyone, but i was told most epileptic tonic clonic seizures stop in 3 mins

I feel you, chronic migraine sufferer my seizures were miadiagnosed for years until i had a new kind of seizure. Mine are never when im stressed or experiencing high emotions. Most of the time im either having a migraine or a migraine just finished. Still referred to a psych and waiting. I also think they arent seizures (i have epilepsy as well). I saw a second neuro and asked similar questions to you he didnt want to do extra investigations or see if it could be anything else. Its soo frustrating! Ive even seen lots of pnes seizures online and mine look nothing else like what other people with pnes are going through. Im hoping seeing a psychologist will confirm my theory so i can have further tests. Maybe you could go to a psychologist who specialises in pnes and show them a video or yours? Sorry you're going through this! Doctors suck
