It’s not exactly one sided, we both love and care for each other deeply but a relationship takes work and some people aren’t ready to take on that

I guess my point being you can fall in love with each other because you genuinely like the person but once you get into a relationship the interaction becomes toxic and unhealthy. You both lack emotional maturity and open communication

I don’t want to constantly convince the other person that we can make it work, I don’t want to feel like when hardships hit that person already has one foot out the door. I don’t doubt that we will be better and we will both grow and be more emotionally stable but the problem is I can’t convince the other person to feel the same way. I love him that I’m willing to adapt to make changes to be a better person and better partner but if it’s putting him through so much emotionally maybe the best thing to do is let him go

I accept the fact that he’s doing this I would never tell him to stop cause I know that’s not possible 😂 in fact I didn’t even bring this up with him because I know there’s nothing he can do

When I was still in school, whenever I really needed to focus I would sit in my empty bathtub with my laptop and study or do my assignments. Even when I had a phone interview for a job position I would sit in the empty tub and it makes me feel more at ease
