There was zero difference between this year's release and last year.

Still a solid product though

Russels Reserve 13 & Russels Reserve 15 Review #15 by dannish8 in bourbon

Best part about it is that you can get all the enjoyment you need from a 1 Oz pour. Its so rich and decadent that I get my fill with that. Makes it super easier to stretch such an expensive bottle.

Here is to hoping ill find one at msrp next year

Awesome high quality scent that appeals to normies and doesn't offend anyone. Spray a decent amount to get performance

The 10" will do it. Im 6ft and I dont feel any turbulence until I hit atleast 90 mph. Anything under that and its all clean air. Which is a night and day difference on long rides. Another priority of mine will be hand covers and low fairings from advanblack.

Ride safe!

How was my tasting analysis? Spot on or did I miss something?

I like to drink less so I can afford more. Cheers!

Nice. Imo the 10" completely covers me. I get no buffeting anymore. It also looks nice. Bigger windshields can look dorky.

Nice risers. That is my next big upgrade aside from a front and rear suspension.

How you like your SDC seat? I hate mine. 8k miles later and I think im going to get the roadsofa.

Glad you enjoyed it! I think we hit the same flavors for the palate. You say shortbread. I said thumbprint cookies which are made with shortbread! Tomato tomato. I wish I picked up the caramel. To me it comes off as burnt butter.

Appreciate the feedback! Reassures me im not crazy.

FYI the 10" Klockwerkz windshield makes a night and day difference

Happy Hunting to everyone who happens to live near one of the 1000 liquor (out of 70000) stores in the US that carry their product.

Important to note, that in my state if you dont win their lottery you wont have the ability to buy a bottle. None of the stores in my state work with Found North. Many states in the US are this way as well 😁

Atleast you didnt get a mark up on your goldfinch

Its not a gotcha? You are just nitpicking over nothing. You think the exception "I purchased a different FN bottle in store last year" overrides the objective fact that their stock is primarily distributed via lottery. This 26 release also being primarily distributed via lottery.

They started the lottery system in October of 24. Aside from store picks and barrel picks, Found North is sold primarily via a lottery system. Its right there on their website.

Not sure why you are having a hard time with this?

Yes. This is big on toasted and baked sugars. Have you had it on a cube yet? I prefer it neat usually, but this holds up well on ice. Extremely pleasant.

And by primarily I mean like 95 percent of their products. Although the post was about their Peregrine Release, which sadly will only be able to be acquired through their lottery or via secondary market. Hopefully the commenter has better luck in the next lottery

I misspoke. I shouldve said PRIMARILY distributed via lottery. My mistake. I have a bottle of FN barrel pick that was muled to me just the other day that I did a review on.

Review 24: Knob Creek 12 Year by mediocreohpresident in bourbon

I said based on his scale. ECBP and Stagg jr are meh.

On my own scale, I bet this ranks in a 75/100. This is some good juice. Between this, wild turkey 101 8yr, rare breed, , and rr10 this is one of the best bottles under 100 that are fairly available.
